Inspired by the creativity of craft brewers, our Seasonal Beer Cheese is where we get to have even more fun. Each small batch is made with real beer (often from one of our favorite local breweries) and crafted to capture a unique flavor we’re craving that season. No two seasonal flavors are the same, which means that with every new flavor,  you get to fall in love all over again.

This creamy, zesty spread has been a Central Kentucky staple since the 1940s. At its core, it’s a blend of sharp cheddar, a splash of beer, and just the right mix of spices. Every maker has their own twist, but the real hallmarks? A smooth, spreadable consistency (thanks to the beer) and a bold little kick (thanks to the spice).
