What makes Olivia's Beer Cheese unique?
Beer cheese has always been about heat level – mild and hot, and maybe some in between. But I decided to mix things up! After some tasty research of my own, found that using craft beer, bourbon, and rye whiskey in my beer cheese created an extra depth of flavor that heat alone just can’t deliver.
And what about texture? It had to be the best! Creamy and dippable – just how I’ve always liked it!
MILD
The one that started it all. If you’ve never had the pleasure of trying beer cheese before (bless your heart!), this is where you start. It’s smooth, creamy, and packed with flavor – a true intro to our family’s take on this Kentucky staple.
The Scoop: Our Mild Beer Cheese brings the perfect balance of cheddar, beer, and spice. It’s mellow enough for the cautious snackers, but still has that signature little kick that makes beer cheese, well, beer cheese. This is comfort food with personality.
HOT
Oh, you’re ready to step it up a notch? Come on then. Call it a crowd pleaser, call it spicy, call it award-winning – just don’t call the firehouse. This is a respectable heat, thank you very much.

Fun fact: Olivia’s Hot Beer Cheese won First Place in the 2010 Beer Cheese Festival Amateur Division. We still brag about it – and we’re not sorry.
BOURBON
We’ll always respect the classic roots of beer cheese – but we thought, “What if we added a splash of bourbon?” And just like that, a new favorite was born.
